Our clients living on a small lake in Milton, GA wanted to capitalize on the views of the serene setting in the home they built together nearly 30 years ago. We’ve extended the kitchen and living spaces to include a walk-in butler’s pantry, breakfast room, larger eat-in kitchen while also expanding a large outdoor living area that overlooks the lake - giving them 4 season livability indoors and outdoors. A neutral pallette was critical to the project to be a backdrop for the owner’s vibrant paintings of his own.
